I find this little "whoopsy" indicative of Ashcroft's incompetence ...or, at least his out-of-touch-ness. I'll never forget his stupidity of covering up that statue of a naked woman...was it in the capital building? Anyway, all this combined with his ridiculous gospel singing...what else can I say, really?
Ashcroft lost a senate race to a dead man, and was not "good" enough for the Bush administration as Attorney General. He has no credibility whatsoever.
