I'm not sure who this character is, (probably some band mascot of sorts) but there's something very unsettling about him.
The General posted a picture back awhile of the guy who plays this Character. (Sid Haig) It's a Rob Zombie movie. I found the picture online but played around in photoshop to give him a little extra pop.
